We revisited this Unfiltered West Coast IPA, with its clasic hop combo of Simcoe and Citra hops, as we continue to tweak and adjust our approach to IPA. We’ve reintroduced some past techniques that aim to provide more balance, structure, and hop expression in our WC IPA’s. We’re excited about the direction, but we’d love to hear what you think as our IPA’s continue to evolve!
