カーディナルトレーディング株式会社は、アメリカの東海岸を中心に海外からクラフトビールなどのクラフト飲料を直輸入し、日本国内で独占販売をします。弊社が取り扱うブランドは、小規模かつ家族・個人経営の会社が多く、最高の品質を誇るブルワリーや蒸溜所によるものです。社長のグレイソン・シェパードは、アメリカ東海岸出身であることから、現地のトレンドやブルワリー事情をよく理解していて、本当に美味しいものだけを選んで輸入しています。

職人によって丁寧に作られたクラフトビールの高品質を維持するために、現地のブルワリーから冷蔵コンテナを通じてお客様のグラスまで保冷状態で運んでいます。弊社のビールは最寄りの港まで冷蔵車で運び、なるべく早くコンテナに載せます。日本に到着するまで開けることはなく、到着後国内の保冷蔵庫で保管しています。飲食店やレストラン、酒店などとしっかり連携し、消費者が高品質なクラフトビールをお楽しみいただけるように努めています。

We at Cardinal Trading focus on importing craft beer and other beverages to Japan from the United States, with an emphasis on products from the East Coast. Our suppliers are all small-scale, family-owned companies who put the highest emphasis on quality. Founder Grayson Shepard, who was born and raised in Virginia, has developed and continues to develop strong relationships with breweries in the region to ensure he brings only the best beers to Japan.

To maintain the quality of our craftsman-produced beers as they cross the Pacific Ocean, we maintain an end-to-end cold chain from the brewery to the drinker's glass. We use refrigerated trucks to transport beer to the nearest port, then seal it in a refrigerated container for the trip to Japan. Upon arrival we store all of our products in a refrigerated warehouse in Tokyo. We work closely with restaurants, bars and bottle shops to ensure customers are able to enjoy our products at their best quality.
