固い岩盤の奥深くに生息する微生物にちなんで名付けられたエンドリスは、大量の大麦とオーツ麦を使用して醸造され、厳選したバーボン樽で17ヶ月間熟成されました。砂糖漬けのピーカン、ブラウンシュガー、ピーナツブリトル、キャラメルの香りがします。

Named after microorganisms that live miles deep in solid rock, Endolith was brewed with a tremendous amount of barley and oats before aging in select bourbon barrels for 17 months. Endolith carries notes of candied pecan, light brown sugar, peanut brittle, and rich caramel.
