ブライトシャインは、オレンジの皮、コリアンダー、カモミールを使用したベルギースタイルのウィットビアで、ワインとイギリスの伝統醗酵酒「プルートジャーカム」の樽の組み合わせで熟成しています。鮮やかな酸味の波と、小麦のような柔らかくしなやかな口当たりが特徴です。

Brightshine is a Belgian-style Witbier brewed with orange zest, coriander, and chamomile then aged in a combination of wine and pluot jerkum casks. Waves of bright acidity with a soft and supple wheat-filled mouthfeel.
