バードバンプは、フリースタイルホップ社のニュージーランド産モトゥエカとラカウ、ネルソンソーヴィンのホップを使用したホッピーなファームハウスエールです。ホップのフルーティーでトロピカルなキャラクターが、ジェスターキングの混合培養による発酵の特徴が実によく溶け合っています。それ以外には、井戸水とテキサス原産の穀物がビールを引き締めています。テキサスのファームハウスビールとニュージーランド産ホップのブレンドをお楽しみください！

Bird Bump is a hoppy farmhouse ale brewed with New Zealand Motueka, Rakau, and Nelson Sauvin from our friends at Freestyle Hops. The fruity, tropical character of the hops melds really well with the fermentation profile from our mixed culture. Aside from that, the beer is rounded out by our well water and native Texas grains. Naturally conditioned in kegs and 750ml bottles. We hope you enjoy this blend of Texas farmhouse beer and New Zealand hops!
