バージニア産のリンゴのみを使用し、クリスピーでドライ、そして少し酸味のあるサイダーに仕上がっている。リンゴのブレンドにはワインサップ、ゴールデンデリシャス、グラニスミスを使用し、酵母はヴィーニョ・ヴェルデ（ポルトガルの白ワイン）を使用。

Produced with only Virginia apples results in a crisp, dry, and just a little tart cider. We used Winesap, Golden Delicious, and Grannysmith in our apple blend, and we used a Vinho Verde (Portuguese white wine) yeast strain.
