Westbrook Brewing Company is a craft brewery in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina, just outside Charleston. Their mission is to make the most interesting, drinkable, and generally awesome beer possible. They have received accolades from across the industry, with ratings of 4.0 on Untappd, 93 on Ratebeer, and 4.16 on BeerAdvocate. Founded in 2010 by Edward Westbrook and his soon-to-be wife Morgan, the pair have brewed dozens of different beers, ranging from their crushable Gose, to their White Thai witbier with ginger and lemongrass, and their famous annual release, Mexican Cake. Westbrook loves experimenting with different ingredients and brewing techniques, and they hope you’ll have as much fun drinking their beer as they do making it.
