When we bought a brew house from Bottle Logic in 2021, Wes & Brandon flew out 2 of their brewers from California. We brewed a stout together on the new equipment so that their brewers could show our brewers the ropes, then let it rest in Wheated Weller Barrels along with mint ever since, 19 months! Pretty long for us! Playing on the adjuncts, & because it was a new system, Wes cleverly dubbed it Freshly Minted. One case per customer.
