新鮮な湧き水と、テキサス産の大麦麦芽と小麦、オーツフレーク、 パール、ハラタウアー・ミッテルフリュー、テットナンガーホップを使い醸造されています。純粋培養されたベルギーペールエール酵母をステンレススチール内で発酵させ、そこに更にハラタウアー・ミッテルフリューとテットナンガーホップを加えてドライホッピングしています。無濾過で、ボトルや樽の中で再発酵し自然熟成しています。

Beer League Kickball was brewed with well water, Texas-grown malted barley and wheat, flaked oats, and Perle, Hallertauer Mittelfrüh, and Tettnanger hops. It was fermented in stainless steel with a pure culture of Belgian Pale Ale yeast, then dry hopped with more Hallertauer Mittelfrüh and Tettnanger hops. It's unfiltered and naturally conditioned through re-fermentation in bottles and kegs.
