シトラスフルートディレクトは、テキサス州のTex Malt社のサンジャシント2-ロウとワイルドファイアペールモルト、新鮮な湧き水をベースに、アイダホ７を加えてケトルホッピングし、そこからシムコー、エルドラド、そして更にアイダホ７を加えてドライホッピングしています。ステンレススチールの中でジェスターキング独自のスタイルで発酵させ、その過程で生産者自ら手作業で加工したオレンジとマンダリンの果汁と皮を加えることで、よりみずみずしく、シトラス感を感じられるような仕上がりとなっています。

Citrus Froot Direct is mashed with well water and a base of Wildfire Pale Malt and San Jacinto 2-Row from TexMalt. We kettle hopped with Idaho 7 and dry hopped with Simcoe, El Dorado, and more Idaho 7. We fermented in stainless steel with our mixed culture. During fermentation we added juice and zest from oranges and mandarins hand-processed by our brewing team. Naturally conditioned.
