ラ・ヴィ・アン・ローズは、ジェスターキングのアトリアルルビサイトのラズベリーで再醗酵させたファームハウスエールです。アトリアルルビサイトはビールに対する果実の割合が非常に高い（1リッターあたり700gも！）ので、ラ・ヴィ・アン・ローズはラズベリーの2回目の再発酵によるものであるにもかかわらず、果実の特徴がよく出ています。

La Vie en Rose is a farmhouse ale re-fermented on the raspberries from Jester King Atrial Rubicite. The ratio of fruit to beer is very high for Atrial Rubicite (6 pounds per gallon), so La Vie en Rose has a lot of fruit character even though it's from the second re-fermentation of the raspberries. It's unfiltered, unpasteurized, and naturally conditioned.
